In a mysterious and surreal zone between Tehran and Winnipeg, the lives of several characters intertwine in surprising and mysterious ways. Students Negin and Nazgol find a sum of money frozen in the winter ice and attempt to claim it. Meanwhile, Massoud leads an increasingly distracted group of tourists around Winnipeg’s monuments and historical sites. Matthew leaves his meaningless job in a Quebec government office and embarks on a mysterious journey to visit his mother. Space, time and personal identities blur, intertwine and echo in a surreal comedy of disorientation.
